A call of the soul

Today won't be rainy,
Yet my soul is drenched.
Doing a job you’re not meant to
Keeps you far from your destiny.

A call of the heart
Goes unheard,
While a soft, fragile youth
Shatters fast.

Living a life you’re not meant to
Keeps you far from your destiny.
A call of the soul
Is forgotten—
Until you set yourself free.
